Combine Training is blending elements of virtually all of our EPIC classes. This class is designed as a great, all-inclusive experience that showcases everything our students love about our programs. It’s an introductory class that introduces you to essentially the entire arsenal of movements that our other courses cover, all under the close monitoring of our professional coaches.
While it is an ‘introductory’ class, that doesn’t mean that it will go easy on you. Quite the opposite – you can expect to get an intense workout that pushes your body and mind and leaves you sweating but feeling better than you have in years.
With a combination of different movements, timing schemes, and workouts, our combine training class keeps you interested and engaged instead of bored and stuck on a machine doing the same old motions over and over again. Your body will be put to the test as you complete a workout that you’ll be proud to finish.
Small Class Structure
Throughout the entire process, our team of professionals is there with you. We use small class structures so that our coaches are able to establish a real relationship with you. They’ll be able to guide you during your workout and then continue to grow a relationship over the future. This helps keep you motivated to succeed and is one of the key reasons that our clients not only get great results, but stay focused and motivated on their workout regimen.
