We know that other core training regimens are boring – endless planks and crunches work, but make it hard to stay motivated and driven for success. That’s why we skip the crunches – we use a variety of resistance training moves to hone your midsection from every angle and in every way possible.
This leaves you not only with great results, but with a motivation and drive to continue working your core – and going beyond by working other body parts as well. After building core strength, you can continue your quest for great fitness with additional courses or just keep building a stronger core with our team.
Small Class Sizes
We use small class sizes in all of our programs including this one, letting our coaches form a relationship with clients that in turn makes it easier to get the results you’re looking for. When a coach is there on a more personal level, it means that you get better results from your work.
And as with all of our fitness classes, you’ll be working using your body as a machine instead of endless rounds on a treadmill, climber, or some other tool. The workouts are fresh, engaging, and exciting.
