Endurance Training, The Next Step
Building your core, strength, and cardio health is important. But once you have a solid foundation of fitness, it’s time to go further. Our Grynd classes are focused on one thing, endurance training, and they will push you harder than you’ve ever been pushed before.
It’s one of our toughest classes and is a total body endurance workout. Like our other interval training classes, we believe that your body is the best exercise machine possible. Instead of doing hours on the treadmill to build your endurance up, you’ll be able to complete workouts that test everything – your skill, your resilience, your strength, and your willpower – all in exciting ways that keep things interesting and exciting for you.
Small Class Size
As with all of our programs, our endurance class is small, allowing you to work closely with our team of professional coaches as they guide you through your workout. This one on one attention means that you’ll be completing each workout in a way that gives you the best results and that also provides the utmost level of safety.
Our endurance training classes will leave you drained and push you to your limits, but they can give you a huge boost to your overall health and fitness. While they’re one of our toughest classes, they’re also very popular due to the simple fact that they will test your capabilities and truly condition your body and mind in a way that is rewarding and challenging too.
These are great for prepping for marathons or warrior races, but can also give you a huge boost of energy that you can use throughout your daily routine. At the end of the workout you will feel as though you pushed yourself harder than you ever have, but the sense of satisfaction makes it well worth it in the end.
