Total health and fitness also means that your body needs to have mobility — to be able to move freely and without pain. As we age, this gets harder and harder to achieve. That’s why our Versaflex class is all about mobility training.

We use an approach that focuses on restoring the body’s health mentally as well as physically. Our system blends different elements of several fitness fields including:

  • Mobility drills
  • Stretching
  • Yoga
  • Neurological exercises
  • Self-myofascial release
  • And more

This allows us to guide our students towards better flexibility, stability, range of motion, and overall balance. As with any of our programs, your body is the machine. Instead of treadmills and other machines, you show up and push your body to its limits under the guidance of our professional coaches.

We’ll walk you through each step of the workout and ensure that you get maximum benefits from it. As we do, you’ll strengthen your core, your flexibility, and your overall mobility. This not only provides immediate results to pain and mobility, but can help prevent future issues from occurring and reducing the likelihood that you end up injured in any way.

Small Class Size

Our classes are small, letting our coaches work and interact with each student directly instead of in a large group. This means that you will always get the absolute best results from your efforts and that you are able to improve your overall health without having to struggle with knowing that you’re getting real, actionable results.

EPIC Interval Training consists of different fitness classes which are programmed for all levels of fitness. Classes have unique circuit stations that utilize EPIC movements.

Workouts are reprogrammed every 4 weeks with different EPIC movements to ensure enough time to see progress as you can take a specific class at least 4 times each month, but also ensure new and exciting workouts each month.
