Our approach to strength training ensures complete fitness instead of just working on the muscles of a specific part of the body. It’s far too common for those looking to build muscle strength to simply focus on things like lifting. A better approach is to focus on the entire body, from the core to the muscles, and then also ensure that you’re building a foundation of strength while also boosting the heart rate and keeping it high.

In our strength classes, we work to help boost your athletic strength and power while maintaining higher heart rates. This helps create total-body strength and boosts endurance at the same time. We use a small class structure that lets each member get one on one personal attention from our team of coaches.

We also believe that your body is the best workout machine for you. Instead of treadmills and mechanical weight benches, you’re pushing your body to the max when you focus on strength training. We build your body from your feet to your head to make sure your entire body is working.

These classes are primarily focused on using kettle balls to build and condition strength, but since our programs are all based on the Spartan races we have numerous additional tools here at our Washington DC gym to help you increase strength in new and exciting ways. And that is a key focus of what we do – keeping things exciting. This way you don’t end up getting bored or disillusioned. Every workout is an exciting adventure that in turn means you’re able to get the kind of results you really need and want.

EPIC Interval Training consists of different fitness classes which are programmed for all levels of fitness. Classes have unique circuit stations that utilize EPIC movements.

Workouts are reprogrammed every 4 weeks with different EPIC movements to ensure enough time to see progress as you can take a specific class at least 4 times each month, but also ensure new and exciting workouts each month.
